Printing - Print Make Wear Production LineBrother is a pioneer in the DTG field and already for more than 13 years actively developing the industry standards. Due to the own core components development and production (Print Head and Inks), we can offer machines all made by Brother!

Brother headquarters for Industrial products like garment printer and sewing machines, in Europe, Africa and Middle East is located in Emmerich, Germany. Including our Branch office in Bologna (Italy) we are overall more than 60 employees, consisting of technicians, warehouse logistics staff, sales specialists, order processing specialists, marketing specialists and many more.

The most important conditions next to our quality as a business partner, are the world-wide accepted Brother Quality products and the good service and local consultation structure.

Brother DTG has released its next generation of digital direct‐to‐garment printers with the GTX printer. The GTX print heads, developed by Brother, contain much more nozzles (1680 nozzles/print head) than its previous print heads. This allows for prints at 1200 x 1200 dpi in a single pass resulting in high quality prints at industrial speed level. This makes the Brother GTX printer 2 to 3 times faster than the previous model GT‐381!

You’ll experience less maintenance and downtime due to nozzles clogging with the new white ink circulation system, which keeps the white ink in suspension, and wet capping station that helps eliminate the ink from drying on the bottom of the nozzle plate. Brother DTG also has released a new ink system with the GTX printer. Innobella Textile water based pigment inks have a larger color gamut and are Oeko‐Tex Eco‐Passport certified and CPSIA compliant.

On our booth 2.1-A49 we will demonstrate our large width calender GTC 101-3500, with a working width of 3.2 meters. We also have our GTC 101-1850 SPFL calender on display; the perfect machine for single piece production.

Drying - Print Make Wear Production LineKlieverik Heli BV is a dynamic company, based in the eastern part of the Netherlands. We offer a wide range of calenders, to be used for graphic transfer, as well as coating and laminating. We manufacture stand-alone equipment and complete production lines.

Klieverik graphic transfer calenders (GTC) are state of the art, robust and designed for the professional manufacturer. All machine details are implemented with a specific purpose in mind. These details culminate into a calender which precisely controls the critical variables of temperature, pressure and web handling, during the dye sublimation transfer or fixation process.

You will get high-value products with brilliant colours and sharp edge definition.

A Klieverik calender offers reproducibility and high processing speeds. We offer first time right production, which means less waste and fewer re-prints. Our calenders use thermal oil for regulating and accurately maintaining the drum’s surface temperature. They are equipped with a unique expansion vessel, which insures that the drum is always 100% full of oil. This design, in junction with how we circulate the oil internally within the drum, means no colour output differences over the width or in time.

Our machines are equipped with a long belt and with a special steering system to minimize lateral movement of the belt. This will result in no distortion of your print and a long life time of the belt. Klieverik machines are made with high quality components. It is a reliable machine with very limited down-time. Production is guaranteed.
